Salem Stones, a fast-growing granite memorial distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, and loading/unloading shipments while maintaining a safe work environment. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Your Role:

As a Warehouse Associate at Salem Stones, you'll play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and products within our facility. You'll work in a supportive environment where teamwork and dedication are the cornerstones of our success.

What You'll Do:

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport granite memorials and materials.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain forklift equipment and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Contribute to a positive work environment where safety and quality are top priorities.
• Assist with other related tasks as necessary.

What we're looking for:

• Experience operating a forklift, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Proficient in navigating tight spaces and maneuvering heavy loads.
• Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
• Punctual and consistent attendance, in line with our Monday-Friday work schedule, with occasional Saturdays and overtime.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Work Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime opportunities

Compensation: Up to $20/hour
