Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Hilliard, OH

Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and inspecting materials for any damage or discrepancies.
  
• Unload and load trucks safely and efficiently, utilizing appropriate equipment as needed.
  
• Organize and store materials, components, and finished products in designated warehouse locations to ensure optimal space utilization and accessibility.
  
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal production needs or outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are correctly identified and accounted for.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records through manual and/or system-based tracking (e.g., scanning, data entry).
  
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with audits to ensure stock accuracy.
  
• Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently. (Forklift operation/certification may be a plus, but not always a baseline requirement for entry-level).
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with team members across different departments (e.g., production, shipping) to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.

• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and fulfilling orders.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Effective communication skills.
  
• Physical Demands:
  
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods.
  
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
