Job Title: Bilingual People Operations Administrator

Job Summary
The People Operations Administrator is responsible for implementing corporate HR policies and procedures, and managing day-to-day HR functions including staffing, time and attendance, and office administration. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and supports various HR initiatives to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Essential Job Functions
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
- Manage personnel files and ensure accuracy of HR record keeping
- Coordinate time and attendance processes and serve as first point of contact for employees
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including E-Verify, I-9 forms, and HRIS data entry
- Conduct new employee orientations and coordinate harassment prevention training
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview scheduling
- Assist managers with coaching and corrective action procedures
- Manage company events such as employee recognition luncheons
- Provide translation and interpreting services as needed
- Run motor vehicle records and contractor time reporting
- Maintain active and terminated employee files
- Manage HR office supplies inventory and ordering
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HR programs and federal, state, and local employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and technical)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous HR experience
- PHR certification
- Agribusiness experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Work Environment This position is primarily office-based in a climate-controlled environment, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods. Occasional visits to various company operations may be required, exposing the coordinator to different temperatures and agricultural production environments. The role involves frequent interaction with employees at all levels and requires adaptability to handle various HR situations. Some flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate company events or urgent HR matters.
