Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in New Albany. This role will play a key part in leading the successful delivery of complex data centre projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage.

What You'll Do

• Oversee construction project management including scheduling, financials, and quality assurance.
• Lead site safety management, ensuring compliance with local and industry standards.
• Manage contractor performance, design coordination, and contract negotiations.
• Drive cost‐effective and innovative construction methods.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and authorities to deliver resilient and efficient infrastructures.
• Ensure seamless handover from construction to operations.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and support customer discussions.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of construction, M&E works, and local approval processes.
• Experience delivering large, capital-intensive projects (data centre industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Project & MS Office.
• Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
