The pay range per hour is $22.00 - $37.40. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring the product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. But, there are a few things you need from the get-go: High school diploma or equivalent, Age 18 or older, Previous retail experience preferred, but not required, Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business, Ability to: Lead and hold others accountable, Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed, Work independently and as part of a team, Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members, Effective communication skills.
