Overview

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing & HVAC Inc is hiring a full-time, experienced Master Lead Commercial Plumber in Columbus, OH. This role offers a competitive wage up to $45/hour (depending on experience) and a $300 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities

• Lead and perform master-level plumbing work for commercial projects, including troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members; provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship; ensure compliance with NSPC and local codes.
• Collaborate with project teams and ensure timely project completion; establish rapport with customers and respect for property.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plumbing field experience
• Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes
• DOT certification is a plus
• Knowledge of industrial, medical, or agricultural plumbing systems is a plus
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
