Overview:
Seeking an experienced ITIL Process Architect to lead CMDB management initiatives, with a strong focus on process design, data governance, ServiceNow configuration, and enterprise integration. This role will guide the end-to-end implementation of CMDB solutions, ensure alignment with ITSM processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization's configuration management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement CMDB processes aligned with ITIL standards and business goals.
• Lead integration efforts for CI data ingestion and discovery, including ServiceNow Discovery and third-party sources.
• Develop architecture artifacts: process flows, RACI diagrams, governance models, and system integration definitions.
• Ensure CMDB supports ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem) and maintains high data quality and compliance.
• Drive Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management and maintain accurate service and infrastructure mapping.
• Define and improve data audits, certifications, and dashboards to monitor CMDB health and accuracy.
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM module customization and development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements.
• Develop solutions to support vulnerability remediation and service delivery visibility.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expert in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, including architecture, data models, and out-of-box functionality.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM process integration and service modeling (CSDM).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Skilled in process analysis, audit design, gap identification, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience; 4+ years in CMDB/ITIL/ITSM process ownership; 4+ years ServiceNow experience preferred.
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certified.
• Proven leadership in enterprise-class CMDB and ITSM process architecture.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ServiceNow On-Prem experience preferred.
