Pay: $20.33/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and emails from residents, landlords, and applicants
• Provide accurate information on housing programs and application processes
• Troubleshoot application and account issues
• Record and update customer interactions while maintaining confidentiality
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex concerns

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
• 1+ year of professional Office experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
