My client are in need of Superintendents to work on a Top Data Center project in Columbus, OH.


Data Center experience isn't required however you must have prior experience with Commercial / Industrial project scopes of at least $15M value.


You can be based anywhere in the U.S., provided you are fully committed to travel to the client project site in Columbus, OH.



The Role


My client are a leading Construction and Engineering Firm who are working on some of the most exciting projects in the industry.


You will schedule, organize, and oversee activities of Electrical craft personnel. May include managing one or more skilled trade groups, such as electricians, plumbers, sheet metal technicians, and related roles within the construction sector.


  • Resource Management: Direct craft and Assistant Superintendent activities, covering construction methods, staffing, materials, equipment, and scheduling. Coordinate with key departments to ensure timely support and project alignment.
  • Project Planning and Strategy: Coordinate assigned work with the work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
  • Risk Management: Support Labor Relations in union communications, workforce requisitions, and resolving jurisdictional issues. Monitor craft adherence to safety protocols, document violations, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and schedule. Must have experience resolving construction issues like productivity and work interface challenges.



Qualifications


  • 8+ years' of supervisory experience in facility construction, including technology, methods, equipment, tools, and procedures.
  • Strong Electrical background with Data Center experience preferred.
  • Prior experience managing Commercial or Industrial projects valued at $15M or more.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling and cost control, with proven ability to lead large teams.
  • Relevant titles may include Construction Superintendent (civil), Structural Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or Electrical Superintendent.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and passport required; must be willing and able to travel (estimated 70%+).
