Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate Division Director to plan, organize, or coordinate the activities of Alvis' Behavioral Health Line of Service through the management of Behavioral Health Program Directors. Additionally, to work in tandem with Chief Operating Officer on developing new community Behavioral Health programs as well as implementation and oversight of new programs. Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and support of the agency's therapeutic culture. Work may involve directing program management staff, or other professional staff.

Perform other related duties as assigned - e.g., prepare correspondence (e.g., audit response letters); sign form letters; prepare regular and special reports; respond to client complaints and public inquiries when needed; operates personal computer to enter, retrieve, edit, or verify data; participate in and/or chair ad hoc committees; assist in investigation and correction of audit citations, issues, and concerns; confer with public officials, clients, legal representatives (e.g., attorneys, judges, hearing officers) regarding assigned program(s), procedures, and implementation of changes in laws, rules, policies, and regulations. Facilitate client group sessions on healthy decision-making, as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, human services, or other related field with demonstrated experience in executive-level management.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Experience: Three years related experience, two in a high-level managerial capacity over an entire program or department.
Skills and Abilities: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
