FS Facility Services ( www.f5svcs.com ) NOW OPENED AN OFFICE IN COLUMBUS, OH!! F5 combines our advanced facility solutions to ensure any commercial and industrial facility is always running efficiently. F5 provides routine, specialized preventative maintenance agreements for all trades, as well as efficient response service for specific issues. Our staff includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, handymen, carpentry, masonry, painting, and cleaning technicians, all under one roof.

We are looking to hire an experienced COMMERCIAL SERVICE ELECTRICIAN to join our growing team in the Columbus, OH area. Service calls may be 3-4 short jobs in a day or one job for 2-3 days.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately assess needed repairs or issues quickly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot problems and find repair solutions on your own.
• Opportunity to mentor entry-level electricians.
• Direct daily communication with our commercial customers and office personnel.
• Assist the office with pricing replacement parts and getting quotes on parts by providing correct part names and part numbers.
• Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial/industrial electrical including schools, universities, hospitals, hospitality, residential mixed-use facilities, and other light & heavy commercial/industrial type facilities.
• OH Contractor License.
• US work authorization.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Bucket truck experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
