About the Role

The Company is seeking an HR Control Manager - Global Operations - Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated group that ensures a strong and consistent control environment, with a focus on risk identification and assessment, control design and evaluation, and control governance and reporting. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational risk mitigation strategies and effective evaluation of processes, risks, and controls within the HR function. The HR Control Manager will be responsible for the control framework of US Payroll Operations, with an emphasis on improving and delivering risk and control processes and programs. Key responsibilities include creating a proactive risk and control culture, delivering project management support for internal audits, and engaging with various stakeholders to mitigate risk.

Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7 years in financial services, specifically in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance. The role requires the ability to assess risk from multiple perspectives and engage in meaningful business conversations. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to influence business leaders and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and experience in payroll, money movement, or financial control is desired. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in control and risk management, with the ability to design, create, and evaluate the operational risk and control environment in collaboration with business partners.
