About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Senior Associate or Vice President to spearhead our business development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and fostering relationships with independent sponsors and lower middle-market private equity funds.
• Developing a robust pipeline of investment opportunities through proactive research, networking, and outreach.
• Conducting high-level assessments of private equity deals and serving as the primary U.S. contact for potential partners.
• Collaborating with Asia-based deal teams to conduct in-depth analyses of opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related discipline, along with a successful track record in sourcing private equity deals.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

• A solid understanding of private equity transactions, deal structures, and fund dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
• The confidence to represent the company at various industry events and an eagerness to collaborate with our Asia office, which may involve participating in calls during early mornings or evenings.

A Bachelor's degree is required, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
