About the Role
The company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of National Distribution to join their skilled team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the achievement of distribution profitability objectives for designated national brokers, ensuring that business units' target appetites align seamlessly with brokers' books of business. Your responsibilities will include devising and implementing innovative initiatives to position the company as an industry frontrunner while driving distribution strategy to boost market share and enhance brand visibility.
You will also serve as the primary relationship manager for key producer relationships, building strategically aligned distribution channels, and collaborating closely with marketing to amplify product communication.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred. You should have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in leadership roles within the insurance sector. Your expert communication skills, extensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance distribution, and established producer relationships are essential for success in this role.
