Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be a vital part of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to maintaining our office's productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks and update information in computer systems.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for staff and management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
