About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic and innovative Managing Director for Treasury Deposits within Consumer and Community Banking. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing research strategies and financial reporting with a primary emphasis on liquidity management and interest rate risk oversight. You will be instrumental in designing a strategic vision and roadmap to yield beneficial outcomes for our treasury, Chief Investment Office, and retail deposit portfolio.

In this position, you will lead a skilled team, manage a substantial retail deposit portfolio, and engage with key stakeholders to influence the future direction of our balance sheet.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 15 years of experience in treasury or finance/banking, showcasing a strong performance history within a large organization. You should possess a strong intellectual capacity to guide quantitative analysts in financial sectors and demonstrate a commitment to user-focused design. Exceptional communication skills are crucial, enabling you to lead senior discussions and prepare executive-level documentation. Our ideal candidate will not only possess leadership qualities but will also have comprehensive knowledge of retail deposits, macroeconomics, interest rates, and risk management, ideally paired with a technically focused advanced degree.
