Position Summary:Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and calibrates control devices which automate industrial manufacturing processes. Continuously evaluates all process control systems for reliability and proactively seeks methods to optimize the manufacturing processes. Works closely with the maintenance team, operations, engineering, Technical Operations, R&D, and Information Technology departments. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Designs, installs, programs, and troubleshoots electrical and electronic control systems and components including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs and process control loops. Act as a first line of defense to troubleshoot faulty control systems and implement systemic solutions to avoid future failures.
