About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for BPO Strategy and Operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team, with a focus on business development, client retention, and operational leadership. This role requires a dynamic professional with a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in BPO or related industries, a proven track record in business development and client relationship management, and strong financial acumen. The SVP will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and overseeing the operations in collections, customer service, lease end returns, and transaction support. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and have an established presence in the BPO and leasing/finance ecosystem.
Key responsibilities for the SVP include leading proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations for major accounts, as well as setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure service quality, compliance, and efficiency. The role also involves championing continuous improvement initiatives, driving change management, and developing a multi-year financial plan in conjunction with the CFO. The candidate should be an exceptional communicator, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
