We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to work for our Central Ohio client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Provide support for O365 applications and other common software
• Assist with IT projects, including system migrations, installations, and configuration

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with O365 and basic network troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
