The University Pastor and Director of Campus Ministries is called to minister and provide pastoral leadership to the Capital University community, including the students, faculty, staff and other stakeholders of the Capital undergraduate college, graduate programs, Trinity Lutheran Seminary, and the Capital Law School. They plan and coordinate the public worship life of the University in collaboration with campus staff, faculty, students and community members, and cultivate student involvement in worship leadership. The University Pastor engages a spiritually diverse student, faculty, and staff by designing and promoting opportunities for interfaith programming, and religious programming for all faith communities on campus. They maintain and strengthen the University's relationship to the Southern Ohio Synod, local and Region 6 Lutheran clergy, and ELCA Churchwide, and to local and regional ecumenical partners. n n.
