Job Description

• Act as an agile scrum master to keep project teams on track, ensure tasks are completed each sprint, and plan/execute upcoming sprints
• Build internal Salesforce applications for business customers
• Use wireframes and screen mock-ups to help development teams and end users visualize requirements
• Interview internal users to understand feature usage and business problems
• Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers to define product features
• Collaborate with Developers, Application Architects, and Data Architects to produce technical specifications for custom development and integrations
• Manage product demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify improvements
• Lead process flow analysis and process redesign
• Document, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional requirements into specifications, diagrams, and workflows
• Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests
• Create or update project deliverables, artifacts, and technical specifications per client requirements
• Work with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
• Perform QA testing to meet project demands
• Assist with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions
• Ensure strong understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering, and testing

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 years of Business Analyst experience in a structured software development environment (required)
• 3 years of QA testing experience in a structured software development environment (required)
• 2 years of Agile software development experience (required)
• Business Analyst Certification (required)
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (highly desired)
• Bachelor's Degree (highly desired)
