Job Details

This position will be the senior engineer for a team responsible for ensuring workstation software packaging, deployments, vulnerability remediation, and security patching. As part of a larger team, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality Computer, Network, Storage, and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions while providing ongoing support to the business. The Senior Engineer independently completes infrastructure project assignments and plans, researches, evaluates, designs, and engineers the enterprise's technology infrastructure. This includes providing technical support and troubleshooting, along with cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. The role also involves producing technical documentation for support and configuration, managing, planning, and maintaining technical platforms, including system upgrades, and monitoring system performance while installing and configuring hardware.
