Develop, and execute upon, an annual sourcing plan that includes the following: Supplier/ Category strategies, processes to be followed, resources to be leveraged, and contract planning (tenders, renewals, etc.) Short-term and long-term programs to achieve savings Greatest opportunities for improvement and review of agreed-upon priorities Anticipated benefits, savings, and risks and business case for change Alignment of ESG efforts with client requirements/goals Provide formal supervision to employees.
