As a CBRE Portfolio Strategy Director, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance for investment opportunities to a large global client. This job is part of the Portfolio Management job function. They are responsible for managing portfolios comprised of different classes of assets. - - What You'll Do: - - Provide formal supervision one employee. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentorship. Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities to support the client's goals and objectives. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Lead the client relationship with the head of real estate, including frequent collaboration on ideas and strategies for the business and portfolio. Provide recommendation on portfolio and business strategies to support global M&A activity for the client.
