You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer, owning the complete paid social roadmap—from campaign design and execution to in-depth measurement and optimization. Your collaboration with decision science, creative, and operations teams will ensure our advertising efforts yield measurable ROI while aligning with aggressive growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the paid social strategy across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Design, test, and optimize performance-driven campaigns focused on client acquisition and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing content tailored for each platform.
  • Implement sophisticated measurement strategies such as incrementality testing, lift studies, and attribution modeling.
  • Transform performance data into actionable insights and communicate meaningful results to senior leadership.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing paid social team as budgets and scope evolve.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Encourage a culture of speed, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social advertising, including at least 2 years in team management and mentorship.
  • In-depth expertise across major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and familiarity with emerging channels.
  • Strong background in audience segmentation, bidding mechanics, and creative testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to run advanced measurement frameworks and derive insights from complex performance data.
  • Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities, with a talent for influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and budgets while achieving measurable business outcomes.
