Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join a growing team within the Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) division. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the future of the organization, driving sales growth, and mentoring a team of high-performing producers. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in managing producers, fostering collaboration, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 12-15 producers across multiple locations.
  • Drive sales growth by coaching and mentoring producers to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, regional presidents, and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with clients and prospects, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support to producers, ensuring their success in building and managing their books of business.
  • Leverage internal resources, including carrier relationship specialists, service team leaders, and marketing teams, to support sales efforts.
  • Travel within surrounding regions to meet with team members, clients, and prospects.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing producers in the Commercial P&C space, with a focus on accounts generating $25K+ in premium.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 9-12 direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of the P&C insurance market, including carriers, industries, and client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively to drive sales and team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with team members and clients.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
