Mr. Rooter is looking for a Plumbing Excavation Sales Professional.

Pay Range: $100,000 to $200,000 depending on experience

• You like interacting with people. Youll be the face of our company and will communicate with homeowners daily, solving their troublesome problems and saving the day.
• Youre willing to take the time to explain things and help people see something through.

Responsibilities:

• Youll provide crucial services for our customers' homes and families.
• Communicate with the customer - Youll meet customers who contact us to help solve problems in their homes with their drainage and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose the issue - Once you and others on our team have thoroughly investigated and diagnosed the issue, youll offer the homeowner options to solve the problem.
• Youll deliver a world-class customer experience - Youll follow a system that provides options for a customer to choose from, including maintenance, repair, or replacement.

Job Requirements:

• Must have knowledge and understanding of interior and exterior plumbing
• Strong customer service skills
• Extensive sales background

Measuring Success at Mr. Rooter:

• Offering and delivering solutions - Educating customers thoroughly and providing the best options to solve current issues and prevent future problems, then following through to address their plumbing needs.
• Quality workmanship - Ensuring work is done right the first time.
• High customer satisfaction - Collecting customer feedback through surveys and reviews, maintaining high scores for our brand and location.
