The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its Board of Maritime Pilots. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Board of Maritime Pilots should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of professional experience, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to eight years. The ideal candidate will possess legal and policy expertise, be a strong communicator, and demonstrate the ability to lead and manage complex projects. Strategic thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
