The Environment Health and Safety Manager enables consistent execution of EHS risk reduction efforts across multiple operations (assigned SC markets and Specialty locations). Deploys center-developed EHS tools and methodologies to the field, and aligns local leadership to annual EHS tactics that support overall EHS strategy. Builds local-level EHS capabilities that result in high quality EHS risk management (from risk assessment through to risk control). Provides proactive technical and regulatory EHS guidance and responds to issues on an as-needed basis. Delivers EHS program audits and facilitates site-based EHS program self-assessments. Supports company-wide EHS initiatives as assigned.
This position requires 75% travel within the United States and must live near a neighboring airport within the central part of the US.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $85,000 - $140,000
