The Director of National Accounts is responsible for leading strategic relationships with over 200 of the AEPs largest commercial, industrial, data center and other institutional customers across the service territory. This role drives revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships by aligning customer needs with the utilitys energy solutions, including electric service, energy efficiency programs, distributed energy resources, and sustainability initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, including Fortune 500/1000 companies, government agencies, and large institutions.
