In this role, you will support senior account executives in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and support.

• Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and competitors to support sales initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal use.
• Track account activity, sales metrics, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation and follow-up.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and sales strategy discussions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
