About the Role

The Company is seeking a dynamic and client-focused President of Global Operations to lead enterprise and SMB accounts across the US and Canada. This leadership role is essential to our transformation journey, emphasizing growth and enhancing employee experience. The President will drive revenue growth through the introduction and expansion of innovative services and ensure exceptional delivery of quality services that exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with emotional intelligence, capable of developing and motivating teams while serving as a representative of the company both internally and externally. Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a B2B services environment, alongside a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
