About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Legal and Compliance Affairs to lead our legal and compliance initiatives. This role is perfect for a professional with a robust background in managed care law, particularly relating to Medicare and Medicaid.

As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all legal and compliance matters, serve as the Privacy Officer, and ensure the company meets a broad spectrum of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, NCQA, and URAC. We require a seasoned legal expert with a Bachelor's degree, Juris Doctorate, and at least 20 years of experience, including 15 years specifically focused on managed care plans and utilization management.

In addition to managing legal agreements and providing regulatory guidance, you will lead our compliance program, focusing on ethical conduct and accreditation processes. Proven success in developing healthcare compliance policies and procedures is essential.
