About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Finance Director to become a key member of our dynamic team. This remote position is essential for driving the strategic and operational management of our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing budgeting processes and financial forecasting
• Managing capital raising efforts
• Administering the treasury function, which includes cash flow planning, investment management, and risk mitigation
• Developing and maintaining financial reporting systems to guarantee regulatory compliance
• Assisting senior management with strategic business decision-making
• Driving financial planning, performance analysis, and risk assessments

The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A CFA or similar qualification would be advantageous. We require a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role with a proven track record of success.

To excel, you should possess:

• Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficiency in tools like PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, and financial modeling
• Exceptional understanding of treasury management and funding strategies
• Outstanding organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A talent for strategic planning and business development
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
