Picker II

A Picker II assists in departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person and/or Manager. Essential functions include managing pick ticket orders, pulling warehouse items from correct locations based on number, Item Number, quantity, and quality requirements, ensuring that orders are accurate, and staging items correctly for delivery. The picking quota is 160 cases per hour. Accuracy and efficiency will be monitored daily/weekly. The Picker II operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed. They are responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead, keeping pace with work area and team, working as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner, and communicating well with other team members. The Picker II must follow company's GMP's, SOP's, Rules and Policies, be able to follow written and oral instructions, strive to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers, and keep the work area clean. Other duties may be assigned.
