Meter Electrician C-A - What You'll Do:Read meters as required for field order and on schedule for cycle billing. Install, remove, change disconnect, and reconnect meters. Test single-phase, network, and polyphase self-contained meter for proper operation and accuracy. Program meters. Perform Credit and Collections related order including disconnect and reconnect for non-payment. Investigate irregular usage. Investigate energy diversion. Repair meters, meter sockets, and meter enclosures. Order, receive, ship, store, and inventory meter and associated equipment. Investigate self-contained service power quality problems, install event recorders, neutral testers, and produce reports. Perform work from ladders and elevated platforms.
