The Ohio Attorney General's Office is currently seeking an organized and detail oriented individual for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant 2 for our Constitutional Offices section. The Constitutional Offices Section represents Ohio's statewide officeholders, including the Governor, Secretary of State, Auditor, Treasurer of State, and those elected to the Ohio Supreme Court, and to the General Assembly. This position provides paralegal support assist attorneys needed with cases. This position will work a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs. The headquarter location is 30 E. Broad St., Columbus.

Associate's degree OR Bachelor's core program in paralegal studies or related field AND successful completion of certificated program for paralegal or legal assistant AND 48 mos. exp. in legal research & writing. -Or Associate's degree OR Bachelor's core program in paralegal studies or related field AND successful completion of certificated program for paralegal or legal assistant AND 48 mos. exp. as Paralegal/Legal Assistant 1, 63810. -Or successful completion of 24 mos. of education from an accredited law school. -Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
