We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment. This role involves hands-on tasks such as vial inspection, packaging, equipment operation, and basic maintenance. Location: New Albany, OH

Pay: $30-$32 per hour

Schedule:

4x10s

Mon-Thurs 3:30pm - 2:00 AM

OT 2x/month on average

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspection and packaging of product-filled vials according to SOPs and batch records.

Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Conduct routine equipment maintenance and ensure proper documentation.

Participate in filling support activities and internal support operations (e.g., stocking, material movement, inventory tracking).

Identify and report equipment malfunctions; perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments.

Understand and document batch records, packaging configurations, and component reconciliation.

Follow cleanroom protocols, hygiene standards, and adhere strictly to GMP and safety procedures.

Train new team members on basic processes and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

2 years of FDA regulated manufacturing work experience (Pharma experience is a plus!)

Ability to successfully pass a background check
