This position will report to the Manager, Customer Solutions for the Customer Interaction and Journey Management team. The Data Designer is a key member of a high-performing team responsible for curating customer interaction data across all enterprise touchpoints. This work enables a comprehensive operational view of how customers engage with Nationwide and their preferences for doing business.
