Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate and construction positions across the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers, department heads, and the People Operations team to identify hiring needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
