Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for leasing apartment homes, maintaining strong occupancy levels, and delivering excellent service to current and prospective residents. The Leasing Specialist plays a critical role in resident satisfaction and property success.

Summary:

• Responsible for leasing apartment homes and maintaining strong occupancy levels
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents
• Play a key role in resident satisfaction and retention
• Fully on-site position in a fast-paced residential community environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet and tour prospective residents through the community and available apartment homes
• Process rental applications and communicate move-in details in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate availability, pricing, and leasing records
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from prospects and residents
• Support community events and assist with day-to-day property operations

Requirements:

• Work Experience: 1+ year of residential leasing experience and/or customer service or sales experience
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Property management software experience is a plus: Yardi/Entrata
• Additional Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
