Brief Summary of Direct Support Professionals (DSP's):

• DSP's teach, supervise and direct individuals with developmental disabilities in the activities of daily living.
• DSP's are similar to Home Health Aides, you would assist with feeding, clothing, toileting, and other hygiene needs.
• DSP's Assist in providing self-care training in areas such as cooking, housekeeping, or hygienic practices.
• DSP's administer medications as ordered and document the delivery of each.
• DSP's transport individuals in personal vehicle on scheduled outings and activities in order to promote community inclusion.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• HS Diploma or GED
• Reliable Transportation

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Pay: $11.50-14/hr depending on experience

Goodwill Columbus' Headquarters are located at 1331 Edgehill Rd, Columbus, Ohio in Grandview area, however the locations for the roles are throughout Columbus Ohio, North, South East and West. We have full and part time positions. Weekends and PRN.
