Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Custodians for Johnstown-Monroe Schools in Johnstown, Ohio for the 2025-2026 school year.

This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.

Qualified candidates must be able to provide verifiable previous experience in cleaning/maintenance, as well as demonstrate knowledge of basic safe practices and sanitary cleaning procedures.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Two professional references
• BCI & FBI background checks
  
  • Dated within the past 12 months
  • On file with the Ohio Department of Education
  • Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them.

Necessary Skills/Duties:

• Physically able to bend, balance, stoop, stretch, climb, crouch, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds
• Familiar with building systems such as alarms and HVAC
• Dry mop/wash floors, clean furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, lockers, partitions, light fixtures, and display cases
• Ability to read MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) information
• Perform minor repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance activities
