Responsibilities

• Assist patient with personal hygiene and physical comfort
• Communicate effectively with the patient and family regarding needs
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the patient
• Ensure the patient's physical safety and general well-being
• Maintain confidentiality of care and uphold patient rights
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and solve problems as they arise
• Perform all assigned tasks and duties as instructed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Follow care duties and ensure a clean and safe environment
• Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
