Russell Tobin/Pride Global is hiring several professional and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team at a leading financial institution in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will support clients by handling incoming phone calls related to a variety of service inquiries on Brokerage accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering world-class service. Position is a 6-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.

Pay: $18.00 to $19.17 per hour depending on experience

Location: On site in Columbus, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls regarding Brokerage account inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Provide support for Brokerage Cash Management products, online client platforms, and mobile app assistance.
• Address general financial and account-related questions while meeting key performance metrics.
• Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a busy financial service center.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Prefer Associate or Bachelor degree.
• Recently College Grads are encouraged to apply!
• Previous customer experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Professional, career-driven mindset with a commitment to excellent service.
