Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
  • Document customer interactions and update account information
  • Process orders, returns, or service requests as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks related to customer service

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, or office) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills, basic skills (e.g., MS Office)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy work environment
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
