We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Client Support Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients calling with service inquiries related to their Brokerage accounts. You will provide timely, accurate, and professional support, while consistently meeting key performance metrics in a fast-paced and team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from clients regarding Brokerage accounts and related services.
• Provide functional support for:
  
  • Brokerage Cash Management products
  • Brokerage Online and Mobile App services
  • General account inquiries and financial service questions
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all client interactions.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt quickly to changes in workflow or new processes in a dynamic contact center environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

• College degree (Associate's or Bachelor's)
• Previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms
