Position Overview:

Join our team and help us build in 2026! In this role, you'll work with a team of Machine Operators to produce driveline components to customer specification. You and the team will work together to hit production targets for the shift and provide feedback on ways to make the operation safer and more productive every day!

We are seeking a Machinist for 2nd Shift which works Monday thru Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30am at our Blacklick, Ohio location.

What you bring to the table (basic requirements):

• Ability to perform machine programming changes, set up, tooling changes
• Ability to operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Conduct advanced inspection operations to detect defective material or questionable conditions and reports to lead or supervision, including thorough knowledge of the appropriate use of the inspection equipment and gages
• Ability to operate all vertical mills, horizontal mills, lathes (CNC and manual)
• Ability to perform minor program editing - as necessary (CNC)
• A focus on the quality of products produced
• A passion to maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
• Ability to Troubleshoot machines for errors and failure
• Ability to operate a forklift with certification
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk, stand, push, kneel, bend, stoop, reach over and under waist level, and twist for extended periods of time on cement or other hard surfaces
