Position: National Agent Terminal Operations Specialist
Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour
Job Description:
Forward isseeking self-motivated individuals to successfully oversee our agent terminal operations. This role is responsible for identifying, communicating and coordination specific market needs between various departments and management levels. The specialist handles issues that can occur before, during and after the time of service, adapting existing processes and providing recommendations for existing agreements. They engage closely with our agent terminal operations to ensure timely freight availability, departure and daily operational KPIs are met. This position maintains professional and collaborative working relationships with multiple departments and management levels to support their service needs while providing a superior level of support.
