What You'll Do:
As a Packaging Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to perfection. Your day-to-day will include:
- Building and Assembling container, closure, and carton systems with precision.
- Packing Finished Products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Preparing Pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
- Auditing Quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards.
- Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment.
- Collaborating & Training-work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we'll train you.
- Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of FDA GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
